The Ghost G43 Plus 1 was designed to allow a user to add 1 round to an existing magazine. Each Ghost G43 Plus1 features a Stainless Steel Magazine Spring to replace the factory one as well as the magazine base plate. The additional surface area not only allows for the more capacity but also doubles as a pinky rest providing a better grip especially with users that have large hands. All Ghost Inc products feature a Lifetime Warranty direct from Ghost Inc which covers product(s) against manufacturer defects, user installation and use of the product(s).

Fits well, easy to put on.  Longer than +1 Taran Tac, but less than half the cost.  Gives a good grip and not slippery like the metal MEDs.  I kept the Glock mag spring in and it works fine.  I will buy another and maybe a plus 2.
