PLEASE NOTE: Due to potential fraud attempts, we require packages totaling $259. of more USD be shipped with Signature confirmation. This insures that you get your package and it also assists with potential claims issues moving forward. HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
We ship domestic orders via UPS or USPS. Shipping time depends on the method selected. We normally process orders within 12-24 hours after receipt, Monday - Friday. Post Office Box orders are shipped only via USPS.
NOTE: Our items are shipped from Wallingford, CT. If you are in a rush, we strongly recommend that you choose 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air instead of Ground.
Currently, we do not ship on weekends. Items shipped overnight on Friday will arrive on MONDAY, weekends and holidays are not considered ‘transit days’ with UPS.

U.S. Military APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We're able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Some products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses and those are marked on the product detail page with an Export Restriction notice. This notice reads "We cannot ship this item outside of the U.S."

However, some firearms accessories we do NOT ship internationally. All orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The only exception to this is for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, with important restrictions as noted below:

MISSING, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Generally uncommon in nature, it does happen from time to time. An instance when a package might end up missing, stolen or damaged from the delivery address. NDZ Performance is responsible for everything up to the point of shipping. Once your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (usually USPS, UPS or FEDEX) to deliver it safely and in a timely manner to the address you provided.
NDZ Performance is NOT responsible for the following conditions:
• Incorrect address being input by customer during order
• Missing or Stolen package when the order shows delivered
• Damage to goods during shipping or delivery
You can be assured that NDZ Performance applies great care to make sure your items are properly packaged for shipment to your door. In the event of a damaged parcel, the delivering carrier needs to be notified upon receipt of any problems. We recommend taking a picture of any damaged packages PRIOR to opening. Unfortunately, package theft is on the rise. We strongly urge you to take precautions to ensure that your delivery address is safe for your packages to be left at. We also recommend using signature confirmation for your order, please leave us a note in your order comments – additional fees may apply for this service.
Ask your delivering Carrier within a day or two. Generally, they can recall specific details on your package delivery. At times missing or lost packages may be with a neighbor or just out of plain view. If you suspect your package was stolen, you must file a police report to file a claim with either UPS, USPS or FEDEX. Do NOT wait, please make it a priority to process immediately.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. All returns must have the Order Number for the purchase included. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any questions.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
There is a 10% restocking fee for returned items that are being returned for refund due to mis-purchase or change of mind.
For Exchanges there will be a reprocessing fee which should accompany the returned item. Please contact prior to return for accurate total.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
