HOW LONG BEFORE AN ORDER ARRIVES:
NDZ Performance ships all apparel, automotive accessories, powersports and many more items internationally. The only exceptions are firearms related accessories and items with an Export Restriction notice. This notice reads "We cannot ship this item outside of the U.S."
U.S. MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES:
We're able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Some products cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses and those are marked on the product detail page with an Export Restriction notice. This notice reads "We cannot ship this item outside of the U.S."
CANADIAN & US CUSTOMERS:
NDZ Performance does not export. We do NOT ship any firearms related accessories internationally. All orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The only exception to this is for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, with important restrictions as noted below:

While we proudly support the Members of the US Military deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations any shipment to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the 50 United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.

Generally uncommon in nature, it does happen from time to time. An instance when a package might end up missing, stolen or damaged from the delivery address. NDZ Performance is responsible for everything up to the point of shipping. Once your order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier (usually USPS, UPS or FEDEX) to deliver it safely and in a timely manner to the address you provided.
NDZ Performance is NOT responsible for the following conditions:
• Incorrect address being input by customer during order
• Missing or Stolen package when the order shows delivered
• Damage to goods during shipping or delivery
You can be assured that NDZ Performance applies great care to make sure your items are properly packaged for shipment to your door. In the event of a damaged parcel, the delivering carrier needs to be notified upon receipt of any problems. We recommend taking a picture of any damaged packages PRIOR to opening. Unfortunately, package theft is on the rise. We strongly urge you to take precautions to ensure that your delivery address is safe for your packages to be left at. We also recommend using signature confirmation for your order, please leave us a note in your order comments – additional fees may apply for this service.
Ask your delivering Carrier within a day or two. Generally, they can recall specific details on your package delivery. At times missing or lost packages may be with a neighbor, another family member or just out of plain view. If you suspect your package was stolen, you must file a Police report to file a claim with either UPS, USPS or FEDEX. Do NOT wait, please make it a Priority to process immediately.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
We will start to process your order as quickly as possible, in most cases immediately except for weekends and Holidays. From the time you place your order with NDZ, you will normally have a 30-40 minute window to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed. Any orders within this window will NOT be billed or processed.
Please call or email our customer service dept: at 203-439-8874 x127 email: email@example.com. Also, please save any communications for your records. Any order placed with a confirmed shipped status can NOT be cancelled or refunded at that time. At NDZ, we will do our best to catch or stop any order in which a customer wishes to cancel. Please call our customer service dept. for the recommended action on your part. Any order in which a customer wished to cancel but shipped, we recommend that the intended recipient refuse the package upon arrival. At that point the item will be returned back to NDZ's corporate office. Upon the package arrival, NDZ will process a full refund minus shipping charges as a result of said shipment is customer is at fault, refunds will be initiated back to your original payment method.
We will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund 14 days after delivery of the product. At NDZ's discretion if after the 14 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. All returns must have the Order Number for the purchase item included with your return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any questions.
Items must be in "New, in original packaging, unmarked, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
* Any item marked or sold as a "closeout, discontinued, blemished or special sales event which may show "All Sales Final" cannot be returned.
Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately by phone or email. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or refund.Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. NDZ will NOT be responsible for any refunds or exchanges which are manufactured by a competing company.
Please note: Shipping and Handling fees are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. If NDZ is at fault, we will gladly cover any return shipping costs and correct your order.
